to reconstitute the
vaccine.

Wear protective clothing and equipment when withdrawing the vaccine
from
the Liquid Nitrogen flask,
protect
hands with gloves,
wear
long sleeves,
overalls, closed in footwear, and use a face mask or goggles.
Prior to removing the vaccine ampoule from the liquid nitrogen flask
prepare
a water bath to thaw the vaccine.
A container capable of holding 5 litres of
warm water at 27

C is ideal.
