Diazinon is liberated from the plastic as a liquid. It is absorbed into the superficial fatty layer of the skin and fur. DIRECTIONS FOR USE (FOR ALL STATES) RESTRAINTS: l Do not use on sick or convalescing animals. l Do not use on puppies under six months of age. DIRECTIONS FOR USE (for all States) The collar will kill fleas for up to 5 months. Remove from blister pack and dispose Of empty pack immediately. Fix collar loosely around dog’s neck. Cut off and dispose of any excess length. Remove collar immediately should signs of skin irritation occur. NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE OR IN ANY MANNER CONTRARY TO THIS LABEL, UNLESS AUTHORISED UNDER APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: Do not allow animals to chew the collar. Do not use any other insecticide or organophosphorous based drug when the collar is being worn. Store in a cool dry place away from food. Dispose of used collars safely. SAFETY DIRECTIONS: . Do not allow children to play with the collar. l Do not open blister pack until ready for use. l Avoid contact with eyes and skin. l Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling the collar.
