TORAHEXAL IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Torahexal 2.5 mg tablets are used to treat:

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
Torahexal 5mg tablets are used to treat:

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

SWELLING CAUSED BY TOO MUCH WATER IN THE BODY (OEDEMA)
Torahexal 10 mg tablets are used to treat:

SWELLING CAUSED BY TOO MUCH WATER IN THE BODY (OEDEMA)
Torahexal 20 mg tablets are used to treat:

SWELLING CAUSED BY TOO MUCH WATER IN THE BODY (OEDEMA)
Torasemide is a diuretic, which is a medicine that increases the urine
output.

DO NOT TAKE TORAHEXAL
if you are/have

ALLERGIC
TO:

TORASEMIDE
or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6)

chemical analogue medicines such as certain medicines to treat
diabetes, containing
active substances with names mostly ending in “-mide”

KIDNEY FAILURE
with insufficient urine production

SEVERE LIVER DISORDERS
with loss of consciousness

BLOOD PRESSURE LOWER THAN 100/60 MMHG (WOMEN) OR 110/60 MMHG (MEN)

DECREASED BLOOD VOLUME

