4. Hazard Identification
Health Effects:
Skin erythema and other hypersensitivity reactions
may occur in pigs on rare occasions following
treatment. If this occurs then discontinue use until
the condition subsides, then resume use.
Acute
Swallowed:
Moderately toxic. Tests on mice using pure Tiamulin
hydrogen fumarate indicate moderate toxicity
following a single dose
Eye:
May be irritating
Skin:
Moderately toxic. May cause skin irritation.
Prolonged or repeated overexposure may cause
sensitisation

Moderately toxic. May cause irritation of the
