MAJOR HEALTH HAZARDS:
Signs of acute Amitraz poisoning in male and female rats treated with
440 mg/kg and 365
mg/kg respectively, include coolness to touch, reduced spontaneous
activity, episodes of increased induced activity such
as aggression in response to handling, and signs of general
debilitation. harmful if swallowed, if aspirated, may cause
lung damage.
