Therapeutic indications:

For transporting or evacuation of the patient by two carriers from an emergency or treatment situation where it is impractical to deploy a wheelchair or standard stretcher due to the nature of the environment (rough ground, narrow stairways, etc) or the available number of attendants. The device effectively replaces the ?two-man lift? or physical manhandling of the patient and reduces the strain and torsion forces on the carriers and a more stable position for the patient, whilst reducing physical contact between patient and carrier. It is designed to be lightweight, simple in operation and easily transportable.
