methylphenidate hydrochloride oral solution in pediatric patients under six years of age have not been established. the long-term efficacy of methylphenidate in pediatric patients has not been established. long-term suppression of growth growth should be monitored during treatment with stimulants, including methylphenidate hydrochloride oral solution. pediatric patients who are not growing or gaining weight as expected may need to have their treatment interrupted [see warnings and precautions ( 5.6 )] . juvenile animal toxicity data in a study conducted in young rats, methylphenidate obligations), and possible tolerance or physical dependence. misuse and abuse of methylphenidate may cause increased heart rate, respiratory rate, or blood pressure; sweating; dilated pupils;
