SARIDON®, TABLETS
Active substances: paracetamol 250 mg, propyphenazone 150 mg and
caffeine 50 mg.
Other ingredients (excipients): cellulose, hydroxypropyl
methylcellulose, milk
proteins, starch, talc, magnesium stearate, colloidal silica.

WHAT SARIDON IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Saridon is available in packs with 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 tablets in
blister strips. Not all pack sizes may
be marketed. Saridon belongs to a group of medicines that relieve pain
and reduce fever.
Saridon is used for headache, as well as for nerve pain, menstrual
pain, muscle pain, toothache, lumbago,
fever and pain in influenza and common colds, fever and pain after
vaccinations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU USE SARIDON
DO NOT USE SARIDON
•
if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or to other substances
belonging to the so- called
“pyrazolinone group”, such as phenylbutazone and dipyrone, etc.
•
if you have any abnormal blood counts
TAKE SPECIAL CARE WITH SARIDON
•
if you suffer from liver or kidney dysfunctions
•
if you have problems in blood formation
•
if, after use, you experience sore throat and/or fever or disorders
affecting your mouth or throat
lining; in this case, you should stop using Saridon.
