WARNING
Causes serious eye irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction.
Suspected of damaging fertility or the
unborn child from repeated oral exposure. May cause damage to organs
through prolonged or repeated
exposure at high doses. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting
effects. Hazardous to soil organisms. Very
toxic to some plant species (selective herbicide).
PRECAUTIONS
HANDLING: Obtain special instructions before use. DO NOT handle until
all safety precautions have been
read and understood. Use personal protective equipment as required.
STORAGE: Store in original container tightly closed and in a dry,
well-ventilated area away from foodstuffs.
Stores containing 1000 litres or more require emergency response plans
and secondary containment
systems and are subject to signage.
SPILLAGE: Prevent further spillage and spilled product from entering
waterways. Wear coveralls, gloves,
footwear and facemask or goggles to clean up spill. Absorb spill with
an inert absorbent material (e.g.
vermiculite) and place in sealable container for disposal. Wash
affected area with water and detergent.
Absorb and collect washings and place in the same sealable container
as the spilled material. Dispose of
the waste safely at a suitable landfill.
PERSONAL PROTECTION: When mixing or applying wear coveralls, a
washable hat, waterproof gloves,
and eye/face protection.
