Mixing
This product must be diluted in an appropriate hydro-carbon solvent
before application
at a rate which would allow the treatment of wood with the diluted
product to meet the
requirements of the current version of AS1604. Calculate the uptake of
a suitable hydro-
carbon solvent (eg. Litres of white spirit per cubic metre of timber),
then calculate the
amount of Protim Optimum Concentrate required to achieve the rate
specified on the label
and mix. Apply the mixed solution to timber through vacuum pressure
treatment equipment
in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions to ensure that the
required uptake of
diluted solution is sufficient
