EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine increases bladder capacity by antagonizing muscarinic
receptor in bladder
smooth muscle and acting directly on bladder smooth muscle.
It is usually used to treat frequent urination/incontinence of urine
caused by neurogenic
bladder, nervous pollakiuria, unstable bladder, bladder irritation
state (chronic cystitis, chronic
prostatitis) , urge to urinate caused by overactive bladder, and urge
incontinence, frequent
urination and urge incontinence caused by overactive bladder.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you are a patient with obstruction of the pylorus/duodenum or
intestinal tract, gastric
atony, intestinal atony, anuresis, glaucoma, myasthenia gravis or
heart disorder.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may
interact to enhance or
diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and
dietary supplements
as well as other prescription medicines.)
