PRECAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not eat, drink or smoke while using.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin and inhalation of spray mist.
When mixing and applying, wear long-sleeved cotton overalls, gloves
and goggles or face
shield.
After use and before eating, drinking or smoking, wash hands, arms and
face thoroughly with
soap and water. After each day’s use, wash protective clothing.
Apply with well-maintained and calibrated spray equipment.
Records of use (see NZS 8409 Management of Agrichemicals) must be
kept.
Application, storage and record keeping should be as described in the
Management of
Agrichemicals NZS8409.
DO NOT carry on a passenger service vehicle.
Avoid contamination of any water supply with chemical or empty
container.
A maximum application rate of 800 mL/ha (equivalent to 0.24 kg of
pyriofenone/ha) is set for
this substance.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Ensure the container is empty. Triple rinse empty
container and add
rinsate to the spray tank. Recycle empty container through Agrecovery
(0800 247 326,
www.agrecovery.co.nz). Otherwise crush and bury in a suitable
landfill. DO NOT reuse this
container for any other purpose.
