DIRECTIONS FOR USE
DOSAGE: For initial dosage, add 50mL per 10,000 litres of pool water.
For
monthly maintenance dosage, add 40mL per 10,000 litres of pool water.
For
algae infestations, after treatment with an oxidiser, wait 1 hour with
the pump
running and then use 100mL per 10,000 litres.
Apply by pouring around the pool with the pump running, especially in
areas
where algae has formed. Allow the water to circulate for at least 1
hour after
application. Repeat ProGuard® Algaecide treatment after 4 days if
some
algae remains. Vacuum dead algae to waste.
Remove swimmer wastes that promote algae growth and cause dull flat
water
by adding an oxidiser regularly as per product instructions. Always
brush wall-
clinging algae off the pool surface and maintain pool water pH at 7.4
– 7.6.
NOTE: Always use this product with a sanitiser approved for pool use.
