For monthly maintenance dosage, add 40mL per 10,000 litres of pool water. For algae infestations, after treatment with an oxidiser, wait 1 hour with the pump running and then use 100mL per 10,000 litres. Apply by pouring around the pool with the pump running, especially in areas where algae has formed. Allow the water to circulate for at least 1 hour after application. Repeat ProGuard® Algaecide treatment after 4 days if some algae remains. Vacuum dead algae to waste. Remove swimmer wastes that promote algae growth and cause dull flat water by adding an oxidiser regularly as per product instructions. Always brush wall- clinging algae off the pool surface and maintain pool water pH at 7.4 – 7.6. NOTE: Always use this product with a sanitiser approved for pool use. NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR IN ANY MANNER CONTRARY TO THIS LABEL UNLESS AUTHORISED UNDER APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION. CAUTION DO NO USE THIS CONTAINER FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE.
