To be used only as a
wood
preservative in wooden poles.
Not
for domestic use.
2.
Excavate soil around the pole to a depth of 300nun, clean the exposed
pole surface.
3.
Measure the circumference
of
the pole below groundline and cut a length
of
Bioguard roll to
fit.
4.
Wrap Bioguard
around
the pole below groundlevel ensuring the top edge ofthe
bandage
is
situated
just
at
ground level.
5.
Tape the top and bottom edges
of
Bioguard to reduce water ingress.
6.
In flood prone areas
increased leaching
of
the chemical may occur.
As a result more frequent reapplications
may be required.
