PIRIMISECT
For controlling most aphid species in
stonefruit, vegetable, forage and
some flower crops
ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
Contains 500g/kg pirimicarb in the
form of a water dispersible granule.

APPROVED HANDLER: This product must be
under the control of an approved handler when
it is applied in a wide dispersive manner or used
by a commercial contractor.
TRACKING
Location and movement of this product must be
recorded at each stage of its lifecycle.
TOXICITY
TOXIC - may be fatal if swallowed, inhaled or
absorbed through the skin.
HARMFUL - may cause skin and eye irritation, avoid
contact with skin and the eyes. May cause skin
sensitisation from prolonged skin contact. May
cause organ damage from repeated oral exposure
at high doses.
ECOTOXICITY
VERY TOXIC TO AQUATIC ORGANISMS. Avoid
contamination of any water supply with chemical
or empty container.
VERY TOXIC TO TERRESTRIAL VERTEBRATES.
HARMFUL TO BEES AND OTHER TERRESTRIAL
INVERTEBRATES. Spray must not contact plants in
flower if they are likely to be visited by bees;
a) at the time or application or
b) immediately after applicatio until spray has
dried; or
c) in areas where bees are foraging.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
STORAGE
Keep out of reach of children. Store in
accordance with NZS 8409 Management of
Agrichemicals. Store in original container tightly
closed in a locked, dry, cool, well ventilated area
away from foodstuffs, fertilisers and seeds.
Stores containing 100kg of PIRIMISECT are
subject to signage and secondary containment.
More than 100kg require emergency response
plans.
PERSONAL PROTECTION
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid
inhalation of dust and spray mist. When mixing,
loading or applying, wear full protective clothing
such as chemically resistant gloves (PVC o
