DESCRIPTION AND INGREDIENTS: The Effervescent tablets are round, flat, off-white to yellow with speckles, faultless surface with a break-line mark on one side. Each effervescent tablet contains: Paracetemol 500mg & Caffeine 65mg. Excipients include: Acesulfame Potassium , Ascorbic Acid , Aspartame , Carmine E120, Citric Acid (anhydrous) , Dimeticone , Ethanol 96%, N&A Orange Flavour 567124, Povidone , Purified water , Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate E101a , Sodium Carbonate (anhydrous) , Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate , Sodium Laurilsulfate , Sorbitol. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: ADULTS (INCLUDING THE ELDERLY) AND CHILDREN AGED 12 YEARS AND OVER: - Oral administration only. - 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as required. - Tablets should be dissolved in at least half a tumbler of water. - Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. - Do not exceed the stated dose and do not take more frequently than every 4 hours. - Do not take this medicine if you are taking any other prescription or non-prescription medicines containing paracetamol to treat pain, fever, symptoms of cold and flu, or to aid sleep. - Do not give to children under 12 years. - Always use the lowest effective dose to relieve your symptoms. - Do not break the tablet when taking the medicine. CONTRAINDICATIONS: DO NOT USE IF: You are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine or any of the other ingredients in this product. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicine. WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS: CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE USE IF: - You have liver and kidney problems, including alcoholic disease. - You have had serious skin reaction with this medicine. Do not take it or any products containing paracetamol again.
