BRAND NAME: OTSUKA GLUCOSE INJECTION 5% (100ML) ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Purified glucose DOSAGE FORM: injection IMPRINT OR PRINT ON WRAPPING: EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE When glucose is administered intravenously, it is used as a source of energy and metabolized in the body. This medicine is usually used to dissolve or dilute other medicines for injection. THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR AND PHARMACIST. ・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods. If you have or have hypotonic dehydration, tendency of potassium deficiency, diabetic mellitus, diabetes insipidus or renal failure. ・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. ・If you are taking any other medicinal products.
