Precautions: Peop le allergic to penicillins should wear gloves when administeri ng the treatment Dosage and Administration: For t op ical use only. Instil liberally into lower conjunctival sac of affected animals. Cattle, Sheep and Horses: 15% to 30% of the contents of one sy ringe per eye. Treatment may be repeated at 48-hour intervals if required. Dogs and Cats: Instil liberally into both eyes on a daily basis. If the animal has on ly one eye Infected, It Is advisable to treat both eyes to prevent cross Infection. In such cases treat the unlnfected eye first to avoid tran sf erring the Infection via the syringe. OPTIC L OX Eye Ointment is effecti ve against a range of bacteria commonly isolated from the eyes of cattle, sheep, horses, dogs and cats.
