Properties:
niroklar is a liquid, acid cleaner based on phosphoric acid in
combination
with special wetting agents.
Main fields of application:
niroklar can be used universally in many fields of the dairy industry,
brewing
and beverage industries and in other food industries as an acid
cleaner.
Special fields of use are acid contrast cleaning of milk collection
tankers,
basic cleaning of pipes, storage tanks, butter workers and churns,
cleaning
cheese hurdles and moulds made of stainless steel and plastic,
external
cleaning of containers, pipes, installations, conveyor belts and tools
as well
as the removal of rust, scale and other mineral deposits on the water
side of
cold circulation systems and heater systems.
niroklar can be used on surfaces made of stainless steel, aluminium,
rubber and acid-resistant plastics, as well as on copper, tin and iron
with
short contact times.
Because of its foam-regulating composition, extremely gentle action
and
its exceptional cleaning efficiency, niroklar is suitable for all
mechanical
and manual cleaning tasks where the use of an acid product is
advantageous.
Dosage:
The working concentrations of niroklar are normally 0.5 - 2 %, and
between
2 and 10 % in the case of de-rusting and de-scaling processes. It is
used at
temperatures between 40 and 80 °C.
