NILVAX contains toxoids of _Clostridium perfringens_ (type D), _C.
septicum, C. tetani_; anacultures
of _C. novyi_ (type B) and _C. chauvoei_.
NILVAX also contains levamisole phosphate, a member of the clear
drench family, equivalent to
68 g/L levamisole base, aluminium hydroxide adjuvant and 0.015% w/v
thiomersal.
INDICATIONS
NILVAX provides protection to sheep for the following clostridial
diseases: Pulpy Kidney,
Malignant Oedema, Tetanus, Black Disease and Blackleg.
Levamisole results in an enhanced immune response and control of the
following gastrointestinal
roundworms and lungworm.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not exceed stated dose volume.
•
Doses of 3 or more times those recommended can cause symptoms of
levamisole toxicity, so
estimate liveweights carefully. Do not vaccinate sheep less than 20
kg. Care is required when
treating hoggets as they are frequently lighter than anticipated.
