WWW.DRWEIGERT.COM neodisher ® Alka plus Intensive detergent for automated warewashing Liquid concentrate Fields of application: • For the cleaning of tableware, glasses, cutlery, tablets and working utensils in professional dishwashing machines in all food processing companies such as professional kitchens, butcher´s shops and bakeries. • Highly suitable for professional dishwashers with an instable temperature profile, as long as the washing temperatures are at least 55 °C. • Removes all types of food residues, in particular dried starch deposits. • Suitable for glass, porcelain, stainless steel and plastic compatible with alkali. • Not suitable for aluminium, anodised aluminium and light metal alloys. Special Properties: • For a high hygiene safety at washing temperatures of 55 °C onwards (confirmed by procedure tests according to DIN 10510) • High stark dissolving capacity • Free of active chlorine, for a pleasant room climate Application and dosage: neodisher Alka plus can be used in professional dishwashing machines at degrees of water hardness of up to 3 °d (0.5 mmol/l). The dosage is 3 - 4 ml/l depending on the respective degree of soiling. The required temperature in the main washing tank has to meet the demands of the local conditions according to the corresponding laws, regulations and guidelines. neodisher Alka plus can be used at a temperature of less than 60 °C in the main washing zone. The temperature in the main washing tank should be at least 55 °C to ensure sufficient hygiene safety.
