Therapeutic indications:
A non-sterile screening device intended to be installed in a gas measurement circuit during nasal rhinomanometry to filter gases prior to entering the flow measurement pneumotach to reduce patient exposure to bacteria or viral exposure and patient fluids. It is a small plastic housing containing a bi-directional, hydrophobic filter with slip connections. This is a single-use device.
