EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine has antacid effect to suppress gastric acid. It also
increases intestinal osmotic
pressure to gather water from intestine wall, softens/expands
intestinal content and gives
dilative stimulation to the intestine, consequently promoting
defecation.
It is usually used for antacid and improvement of symptoms in
gastric/duodenal ulcer,
gastritis, upper gastrointestinal dysfunction and for constipation and
preventing calcium
oxalate urolithiasis development.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) by any medicines.
If you have renal impairment, cardiac dysfunction, diarrhea or
hypermagnesemia.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may
interact to enhance or
diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and
dietary supplements
