DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Thoroughly mix MADURADOX 10 Anticoccidial premix into the feed at a
level of 500 grams per tonne of broiler
feed to obtain a concentration
of
5 g/tonne
of
Maduramicin ammonium in the complete feed. Feeds containing
MADURADOX should be the only ration fed to broilers to avoid dilution
of
the active ingredient.
MEAT WITHHOLDING PERIOD: NIL
SAFETY DIRECTIONS:
Poisonous
if
absorbed
by
skin contact or swallowed. Will irritate the eyes and skin
-avoid
contact. Do not inhale dust when opening the container and mixing into
feed. Wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck
and wrist, washable hat, elbow length PVC gloves, and disposable dust
mask. After use and before eating, drinking or
smoking, wash hands, arms and face thoroughly with soap and water.
After each days use, wash gloves and
contaminated clothing.

If
poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre.

If
in
eyes, hold eyes open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and
see a doctor.
DISPOSAL:
Shake and empty contents into medicated feed. Do not dispose
of
undiluted chemicals on-site.
Puncture or shred and bury empty bag
in
a local authority landfill. If no landfill is available, bury the bag
below 500mm
in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose,
clear
of
waterways, vegetation or roots. Empty bag and
left over product should not be burned.
