CAUTION KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN READ SAFETY DIRECTIONS FOR ANIMAL TREATMENT ONLY MADURADOX10 ANTICOCCIDIAL PREMIX ACTIVE CONSTITUENT: 10 G/KG MADURAMICIN AMMONIUM • RLP Approved For use in broiler chicken feed for the prevention and control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria acervuline, E. brunetti, _E. _ maxima, _E. _ mivati, _E. _ necatrix, _E. _ tene/la DIRECTIONS FOR USE Thoroughly mix MADURADOX 10 Anticoccidial premix into the feed at a level of 500 grams per tonne of broiler feed to obtain a concentration of 5 g/tonne of Maduramicin ammonium in the complete feed. Feeds containing MADURADOX should be the only ration fed to broilers to avoid dilution of the active ingredient. MEAT WITHHOLDING PERIOD: NIL SAFETY DIRECTIONS: Poisonous if absorbed by skin contact or swallowed. Will irritate the eyes and skin -avoid contact. Do not inhale dust when opening the container and mixing into feed. Wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist, washable hat, elbow length PVC gloves, and disposable dust mask. After use and before eating, drinking or smoking, wash hands, arms and face thoroughly with soap and water. After each days use, wash gloves and contaminated clothing. FIRST AID: If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre. Phone Australia 131126; New Zealand 0800 POISON (0800 764 766). If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor. DISPOSAL: Shake and empty contents into medicated feed. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site. Puncture or shred and bury empty bag in a local authority landfill. If no landfill is available, bury the bag below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose, clear of waterways, vegetation or roots.
