EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
Vitamin K is involved in synthesis of normal blood coagulation factors
in the liver, and
expresses physiological hemostatic action. This medicine treats
bleeding and bleeding
tendency attributed to vitamin K deficiency.
It is usually used for prevention and treatment of hypoprothrombinemia
developed during
medicine administration, impaired vitamin K absorption associated with
biliary tract or
gastrointestinal disorder, hypoprothrombinemia attributed to hepatic
disorder,
hypoprothrombinemia in newborn infants, and for treatment of bleeding
suspected of vitamin
K deficiency.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
