Also for pre-calving administration in maiden heifers for the prevention of mastitis. CONTRAINDICATIONS Not for use in lactating cows – administer after final milking. Not recommended for use without appropriate antibiotic Dry Cow Therapy in animals with a high somatic cell count ( First lactation > 120,000 cells/mL; subsequent lactation > 150,000 cells/mL) at drying off, as this may be indicative of existing intramammary infection.
