GENERAL
INSTRUCTIONS:
Imtrade Wetter 1000 is a biodegradable spray additive containing 100%
w/v non-ionic
surfactant and is suitable for use with all types of weed killers. It
increases herbicide activity
by better wetting and absorption and improved spray coverage. Imtrade
Wetter 1000 can
be used with both acid and alkaline sprays and mixes easily with all
types of water.
Weedkilling Sprays
Imtrade Wetter 1000 should be added to all herbicide sprays to
increase their efficiency
except those, which are known to contain adequate wetting agent in the
formulation. Wetter
should be added only where directed on individual labels, as use with
selective herbicides
outside label directions may reduce crop selectivity. For foliar
active herbicides, spray
to the point where the leaves and stems are just wet. Spraying beyond
this encourages
runoff and subsequent loss of spray chemicals. In general, use a high
volume spray for soil
residual herbicides. When spraying waxy or hairy leafed plants, which
are normally hard
to wet, increased activity will be obtained by increasing the rate of
Imtrade Wetter 1000. It
is important that the leaves and stems are thoroughly wetted for
foliar herbicide
