Cefoxitin Sodium Powder for Injection is a white to off white sterile
powder of cefoxitin
sodium for intravenous and intramuscular administration following
reconstitution. Each vial contains
cefoxitin sodium equivalent to 1 g of Cefoxitin.

presence of beta-lactamases.
