ORAL DRENCH FOR SHEEP
Genesis Ultra contains 1mg/mL abamectin, and 50mg/mL closantel (as
sodium salt). It is
effective against internal parasites sensitive to either family of
actives and has persistent
activity of up to 42 days against _Haemonchus contortus_.
For the treatment and control of the following mature and immature
roundworms and
liver fluke in sheep: _Haemonchus contortus_,_Trichostrongylus axei,
Trichostrongylus _
_colubriformis, Trichostrongylus vitrinis, Ostertagia circumcincta,
Ostertagia trifurcata, _
_Cooperia oncophora, Cooperia surnabada, Cooperia punctata,
Nematodirus spathiger, _
_Fasciola hepatica, Dictyocaulus filaria_.
Resistance can develop to any anthelmintic. Ask your local veterinary
practitioner or
animal health advisor for recommended parasite management practices
for your area to
reduce development of resistance. It is advisable that a resistance
test be conducted
regularly when using any parasite treatment.
DO NOT EXCEED STATED DOSE VOLUME & FREQUENCY.
IT IS AN OFFENCE FOR USERS OF THIS PRODUCT TO CAUSE RESIDUES EXCEEDING
THE
RELEVANT MRL IN THE FOOD NOTICE: MAXIMUM RESIDUE LEVELS FOR
AGRICULTURAL
COMPOUNDS.
WITHHOLDING PERIODS:
MILK - Milk intended for sale for human consumption must be discarded
during
treatment and for not less than 56 days following the last treatment.
