EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine has an analgesic effect, reduces pain as an analgesia
during operation and
relieve severe pain.
It is usually used for general anesthesia, analgesia in general
anesthesia, adjunct to analgesia
in local anesthesia, or analgesia for severe pain.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have sepsis, central nervous system diseases (e.g. meningitis,
poliomyelitis, tabes
dorsalis), tuberculosis of the spinal cord and spine, spondylitis,
metastatic tumors, a history
of seizures, asthma, blood coagulation disorders, marked deformities
of the spine, significant
disorders of the cardiovascular system (e.g. severe hypertension,
valvular heart disease),
respiratory dysfunction (e.g. chronic lung disease), hepatic function
disorder, hepatic function
disorder, impaired renal function, arrhythmia or a history of drug
dependence.
