1. WHAT IS EXLUTON AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
_HOW DOES EXLUTON WORK?_
Exluton contains a small amount of one type of female sex
hormone, the progestogen lynestrenol. For this reason Exluton
is called a progestogen-only-pill (POP), or a minipill. Contrary
to combined pills, mini-pills do not contain an estrogen
hormone next to the progestogen. The two main ways of action
