WHAT ECOCIN IS USED FOR
It is used for skin infections caused by fungi,
yeasts and moulds with inflammatory or
allergic symptoms.
HOW ECOCIN WORKS
Ecocin destroys the fungus that causes the
infection and reduces inflammatory
symptoms associated with the infection.
BEFORE YOU USE ECOCIN
_- When you must not use it _ - allergic to econazole nitrate and
triamcinolone acetonide or other
ingredients of Ecocin.
- not recommended for systemic
fungal infections, acute infections
including chicken pox and herpes
simplex ulceration of the eyes and
vaccination with live vaccine.
- excessive or prolonged usage in
pregnancy should be avoided.
_- Before you start to use it _
Do not use in or around eyes. Do not
bandage or wrap the treated skin area
unless directed to do so by physician.
Safety for use in pregnancy and
during breast-feeding has not been
established. Inform your doctor if
you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Use in children for duration longer
than 2 weeks should be evaluated
carefully by the doctor. Caution in
patients with tuberculosis of the skin
and in nursing mothers.

The medicine is for topical
application and will usually have
minimal effect on other medication.
However, please inform the doctor
or
pharmacist if taking other medicines.
HOW TO USE ECOCIN

Apply sparingly to affected area:
Adult: twice daily or as directed by
physician. Children: once daily or as
directed by physician.
