DESCRIPTION
An 8.9-9.1 mm pink round film coated tablet, with a bisect on one
side, engraved with "DK" on the other side with
characteristic smell and taste.
COMPOSITION
Each tablet (330.6 mg) contains extract of
Rhizome of
Actaea racemosa
(Black Cohosh) --------------------------------- 3.6 mg
Flos of
Hypericum perforatum
(St. John's Wort) ------------------------------ 84 mg
INDICATION
Traditionally used to relieve symptoms of menopause.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Adult: 1-2 tabs twice daily after meal.
Do not chew a tablet and administer orally with enough water.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
1. Contraindicated i
n pregnant women.
2.
Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance and/or
fructose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or
glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrose-isomaltase insufficiency
should not take this medicine.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
1. Individuals with hypersensitivity to any ingredient(s) of the
product and patients with known skin hypersensitivity to light.
2. Contraindicated in pregnant women. Insufficient reliable data in
breastfeeding women.
3. This is a traditional medicine. Please consult your
pharmacist/doctor if symptoms persist/worsen.
4.
Patients should stop taking this product and consult their doctor
immediately if they develop signs and symptoms
suggestive of liver injury (tiredness, loss of appetite, yellow
