DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
AFTER MILKING -
1. Prepare cold water rinse allowing up to 10 litres per set of teat
cups.
2. Prepare hot water wash (85-95°C) allowing 5 litres of hot water
per set of teat cups.
Add DAIRY POWER ACID LIQUID DETERGENT at the rate of 500 ml per 100
litres of hot
water.
3. Rinse plant with hot water at a rate of 5 litres per set of teat
cups. Disconnect all rubber
plugs and taps and allow to drain.
FOR ALL BULK MILK VATS: For cleaning of all bulk milk vats, remove
milky solids by
thoroughly rinsing with adequate cold water. Prepare hot water wash at
temperature of
50-70°C. Add DAIRY POWER ACID LIQUID DETERGENT at the rate of 300 ml
per 100
litres of water. Vigorously scrub inside of vat including vat lids and
bridge. If Cleaning-In-
Place system is installed, add 300 ml of DAIRY POWER ACID LIQUID
DETERGENT to
automatic dispenser and allow wash cycle to commence. RLP APPROVED
NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR IN ANY MANNER, CONTRARY TO THIS
LABEL UNLESS AUTHORISED UNDER APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION.
Other Limitations:
USE ONLY ON EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURED FROM 304 OR 316 STAINLESS STEEL.
Do not use on sensitive metals such as aluminium, zinc, galvanised.
