www.produitslepine.com T E C H N I C A L B U L L E T I N D - G E R M 5 D I S I N F E C TA N T C L E A N E R D E O D O R I Z E R V I R U C I D E F U N G I C I D E D-GERM 5 Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner is a phosphate-free formulation designed to provide effective cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection in hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, schools, food processing establishments, restaurants, and other institutions where housekeeping is of prime importance in controlling cross-contamination from treated surfaces. This product, when used as directed, is formulated to disinfect hard non-porous inanimate environmental surfaces such as floors, walls, metal surfaces, bathrooms, shower stalls, bathtubs and cabinets. This product is formulated to a neutral pH and will not dull high-gloss floor finishes with repeated use. PHYSICAL DATA USE DIRECTION FOR USE DISINFECTION To disinfect inanimate, hard non-porous surfaces add 8 mL of this product per Litre of water. Apply solution with a mop, cloth, sponge or hand-pump trigger sprayer so as to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Allow to remain wet for 10 minutes, then remove excess liquid. For heavily soiled areas, a pre-cleaning step is required. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. SANITIZATION: To sanitize previously cleaned and rinsed non-porous food contact surfaces, prepare 200 ppm active by adding 1.85mL D-GERM 5 per L of water. To sanitize immobile items such as tanks, chopping blocks, counter tops, flood the area with 200 ppm DGERM 5 solution or apply with a cloth or sponge making sure to wet all surfaces completely for at least 60 seconds. Let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. To sanitize mobile items such as drinking glasses, eating utensils, immerse in 200 ppm D-GERM 5 solution for at least 60 seconds making sure to immerse completely. Remove and let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution daily or more frequently as soil is apparent.
