LARVAE OF THE CODLING MOTH IN PIPFRUIT
Active Ingredient: Contains 0.7 g/litre Cydia pomonella granulovirus
(equivalent to 3 x 10(13) GV/L) in the form of a
suspension concentrate.

PRECAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children
Avoid inhalation or contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Avoid
breathing spray mist.
Wash thoroughly after handling and before eating and smoking.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Triple rinse container and add rinsate to spray
tank.
Recycle or crush and bury empty container in a suitable landfill.
SLIGHTLY HARMFUL IN AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT.
Avoid contamination of any water supply with product or empty
container.
FIRST AID:
In case of contact with the eyes flush continuously with running
water for at least 15 minutes. If on skin, wash thoroughly with soap
and water.
If inhaled, remove victim to fresh air. Apply respiration if
indicated. Seek
medical attention if irritation persists.

CYD-X
BIOLOGICAL
INSECTICIDE
contains
an
insecticidal
baculovirus
(Cydia
pomonella granulovirus) that is specific to larvae of the codling moth
(Cydia
pomonella).
Because
of
this
specificity,
CYD-X
BIOLOGICAL
INSECTICIDE
provides a unique opportunity for biological control of codling moth
without
harmful effects on humans, domestic animals, wildlife, beneficial
insects and
plants.
CYD-X BIOLOGICAL INSECTICIDE must be ingested by larvae in order to be
effective.
Death
occurs
3
to
7
days
after
ingestion
of
CYD-X
BIOLOGICAL
INSECTICIDE. Death may occur more quickly at higher temperatures.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
TIME OF APPLICATION
The first application of CYD-X BIOLOGICAL INSECTICIDE should be made
when
newly hatched codling moth larvae are present which is normally
