Medicinally active ingredient 1 ampoule with 1ml solution
for injection contains 1,000µg cyanocobalamin .
NOTE: cyanocobalamin belongs to the group of substance
classed under " vitamin B12".

AUTHORIZATION
For the treatment of clinically-chemically confirmed vitamin
B12 deficiency states with an increased vitaminB12
requirement due to disturbed enterohepatic circulation.
VitaminB12 deficiency may manifest itself as following
clinical pictures:
- Hyperchromic macrocytic megaloblastic anaemia
(pernicious anaemia, biermer`s anaemia, addison`s anaemia;
all of these constitute maturation disorders of red blood
cells).
-funicular spinal disease (damage to the spinal cord).
INDICATIONS
WHEN MUST YOU NOT USE VITAMINB12 1000ΜG AMPOULES?
VITAMINB12 1000µg ampoules must not be used in know
hypersensitivity to the active substance or to one of other
constituents of VITAMINB12 1000µg ampoules.
WHAT MUST PREGNANT WOMEN AND NURSING MOTHERS PAY
ATTENTION TO? The recommended daily vitaminB12 intake
during pregnancy and the lactation period is 4µg. according
to experience made to date; larger doses do not have any
harmful effects on the foetus.
Vitamin B12 is excreted in breast milk.
WARNINGS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE :
WHAT PRECAUTIONS MUST BE TAKEN? VITAMINB12 1000µg
ampoules contain sodium, the quantity, however, being less
than 1mmol (23mg) sodium per 1ml of solution for injection.
