Directions for Use:
Directions - Daily Acid / Alkali Cleaning
1. RINSE : After milking, rinse plant using ALKA-RINSE as per label
directions at between
20 & 30°C : USE 10 Litres per Set of Cups
2. WASH : MORNING HOT ACID DETERGENT. Wash plant using CITRA-KLENZ
THERMO at the rate of 20 grams per 10 Litres of HOT water (85°C). Use
a minimum of 10
Litres per set of cups. Circulate wash solution for a maximum of 5
minutes, or until the
wash solution temperature drops to 60°C, whichever occurs first.
3. RINSE : with HOT water (85°C). Use a minimum of 5 Litres per set
of cups
EVENING - Hot Alkali Detergent. Use either ALKA-KLENZ, SUPA-KLENZ,
CHLOR-KLENZ,
REV-WASH

Store below 30°C (Room Temperature), away from direct sunlight. Store
in closed original
container in a well ventilated area as cool as possible out of direct
sunlight.

Triple-rinse containers before disposal. Add rinsings to wash tub. Do
not dispose of
undiluted chemicals on site. If recycling, replace cap and return
clean containers to recycler
or designated collection point.
