FOR

is
used
in
vitamin C deficiency.
HOW CHAMPS VITAMIN C WORKS
Champs Vitamin C is necessary for
collagen
formation
and
tissue
repair
in
the
body
and
may
be
involved
in
some
oxidation
reduction reactions. It also has a
role in the body defence system.
BEFORE YOU USE CHAMPS VITAMIN
C

_When you must not take it _
Do not take this medicine if you
have
an
allergy
to
the
other
ingredients listed at the end of this
leaflet.
Do not take this medicine after the
expiry date printed on the pack or
if the packaging is torn or shows
signs of tampering.
If it has expired or is damaged,
return it to your pharmacist for
disposal.
If you are not sure whether you
should start taking this medicine,
talk to your doctor.

_Before you start to use it _
Tell
your
doctor
if
you
have
allergies to any other medicines,
foods, preservatives or dyes.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if
you have history of kidney stones,
renal
disease
or
an
inherited
disease due to faulty metabolism of
an
essential
amino
acid
(phenylketonurics).

_Taking other medicines _
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if
you are taking any other medicines,
including any that you get without
a prescription from your pharmacy,
supermarket or health food shop.
Concurrent
use
with
salicylates
(pain relief), barbiturates (sedative)
and
primidone
(anticonvulsant)
may increase urinary excretion of
ascorbic acid.
Taking
Champs
Vitamin
C
can
also
interact
with
medicaments
such
as
deferoxamine,
cellulose
sodium phosphate and disulfiram.
