Liquid
Cephalexin is a cephalosporin with bactericidal activity.
Cephalosporins may cause hypersensitivity reactions including
anaphylaxis, skin rashes, fever,
or skin rashes in susceptible individuals. Contact dermatitis
developed in nurses exposed to a similar cephalosporin, and another
cephalosporin may
have cause a photosensitization reaction.
Ingestion of cephalosporins may produce
