Restraints:
DO NOT USE as a wet treatment of bees. DO NOT USE on laying birds
where eggs or egg
products are to be used for human consumption. DO NOT USE in pregnant
or lactating
animals.
Contraindications:
Do not use for the treatment of bees in Western Australia.
Precautions:
IMPORTANT: Before commencing treatment of bees ensure that European
foulbrood has
been confirmed. Do not use this product to treat bees infected with
American foulbrood.
Side Effects:
Dosage and
Administration:
POULTRY: For the treatment of CRD, Colibacillosis, Necrotic Enteritis,
Infectious Coryza,
Fowl Cholera, Infectious Sinusitis, Infectious Synovitis and
Gangrenous Dermatitis.
Medicate all drinking water at 22g/litre.

PIGS: For the treatment of Pneumonia, Bacterial Enteritis and Oedema
Disease – 22 - 30g/
litre. Medicate all drinking water.
HONEY BEES: For the treatment of European foulbrood (Melissococcus
plutonius) in bees.
Before treating bees, remove honey supers and queen excluder (if
present) from the hive
and then sprinkle the medication between the combs (frames) in the
brood box only. After
treatment, place the queen excluder and the honey supers back on the
hive.
For Strong double storey hives 100g of product – Strong single
storey hives 50g of product
– Weak single storey hives 25g of product – Weak nucleus hives –
10g of product.
SHEEP AND CALVES: For Pneumonia, Bacterial Scours, Salmonellosis, Calf
Diphtheria

SWALLOWED
• If swallowed do NOT induce vomiting.
• If vomiting occurs, lean patient forward or place on left side (head-down position, if possible) to 
  maintain open airway and prevent aspiration.
• Observe the patient carefully.
• Never give liquid to a person showing signs of being sleepy or with reduced awareness; i.e. becoming 
  unconscious.
• Give water to rinse out mouth, then provide liquid slowly and as much as casualty can comfortably drink.
• Seek medical advice.
