EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine binds to Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), inhibiting BTK
kinase activity, which
leads to inhibition of proliferation of B cell malignancies.
It is usually used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (including
small lymphocytic
lymphoma).
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
・If you are scheduled to have a surgery or just have undergone
surgery.
・If you are prone to bleeding or easily catch colds.
・If you have a medical history of hepatitis B.
・If you have: infections, interstitial lung disease, heart disease,
arrhythmia.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
