PRODUCT BENEFITS - Aids in protecting and drying out the remaining umbilical cord of newly born animals. - 2% Iodine helps keep area from infection. - Ready to use, non-flammable, non-corrosive and NPE Free. - Safe for animal use only. DIRECTIONS FOR USE - Always wear protective gloves and goggles during use. - Dip the navel of the newborn as soon as possible after birth. - Navel dip should be applied using a teat cup and needs to be completely submerged to cover the navel and surrounding areas. - If the navel area has been contaminated with manure or other substances, dip the area initially with navel dip.  Then rinse off the area with clean water and apply navel dip again, using a new clean dip cup. - Use new clean teat cups and solution for each newborn to avoid spread of any infection. - The solution may be reapplied as needed after first treatment. - Look for swelling, drainage or foul odor, as these may be signs of a possible infection.  Consult your veterinarian if there are concerns.
