Treatment of stable chronic, moderate to severe heart failure with impaired systolic ventricular function ( ejection fraction < 35 %, determined by echocardiography) in addition to ACE inhibitors and diuretics, and optionally cardiac glycosides.

                                • Allergic runny nose
• Allergy-like reactions such as itching, redness,
rash. You should see a doctor straight away if you
experience more severe allergic reactions, which
may involve face, neck, tongue or throat swelling,
or difficulty breathing
• Erection problems
• Nightmares, hallucinations
VERY RARE SIDE EFFECTS – EFFECTS THAT OCCUR IN LESS
THAN 1 USER IN 10,000:
• Irritation and redness of the eye )conjunctivitis(
• Hair loss
• Appearance or worsening of scaly skin rash
)psoriasis(, psoriasis-like skin rash.
IF A SIDE EFFECT OCCURS, IF ONE OF THE SIDE EFFECTS
WORSENS, OR IF YOU SUFFER FROM A SIDE EFFECT NOT

5. HOW SHOULD THE MEDICINE BE STORED?
• Avoid poisoning! This medicine, and any other
medicine, should be kept in a safe place out of the
reach and sight of children and/or infants in order
to avoid poisoning. Do not induce vomiting unless
explicitly instructed to do so by the doctor.
• Do not use the medicine after the expiry date
)exp. date( that appears on the package. The
expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
• Store at a temperature below 25°C.
• Store in the original package in order to protect
from light.
• For the bottle package )plastic container( – shelf
life after first opening the 30-tablet bottle:
May be used for 45 days, but not after the
medicine’s expiry date.
• Do not store different medicines in the same
package.
• Do not throw away this medicinal product in the
household trash. Ask your pharmacist how to
dispose of medicinal products that are no longer
needed. You will thus be able to contribute to the
protection of the environment.
