AVOMEC DUEL contains abamectin, a member of the macrocyclic lactone family of chemicals and closantel, a member of the salicylanilide family of chemicals. INDICATIONS At the recommended dosage level, AVOMEC DUEL provides treatment and control of the following sensitive strains of sheep parasites: Barber’s Pole Worm (Haemonchus contortus) AVOMEC DUEL is active against resistant strains of Barber’s Pole Worm, including those resistant to BOTH closantel and abamectin.
