BRAND NAME: ARRANON G INJECTION 250MG ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Nelarabine DOSAGE FORM: injection IMPRINT OR PRINT ON WRAPPING: EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE This medicine is imported into the activated proliferating cells in the body and initiates cell deaths of the malignant cells. It is usually used to treat T-cell acute lymphatic leukemia and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR AND PHARMACIST. ・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods. If you have received or are receiving intrathecal infusion. If you have received brain/spinal cord irradiation. ・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. ・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.) DOSING SCHEDULE (HOW TO TAKE THIS MEDICINE) ・ Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is(( to be written by a healthcare professional )) ・For adults : In general, inject this medicine intravenously over 2 hours, once a day on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th days followed by 16 days off period. For children : In general, inject this medicine intravenously over 1 hour, once a day for 5 consecutive days followed by 16 days off period. This 21-day cycle is considered as 1 course.
