This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP TYPE PLANT DISEASE APPLICATION RATE BRASSICA LEAFY VEGETABLES Refer to crops listed on Attachment 1 CERCOSPORA LEAF SPOT (_Cercospora_ spp.) DOWNY MILDEW (_Peronospora parasitica_) 150 or 175 g/100 L Plus Surfactant as directed on the product label CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Apply as a foliar spray using a knapsack or boom spray when disease threatens. Apply no more than three (3) treatments per crop, with at least 7 days between treatments. Apply with sufficient water to thoroughly cover the crop. WITHHOLDING PERIOD: DO NOT harvest for 10 DAYS after final application.
