This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 17 MARCH 2017 TO 30 MARCH 2019.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Use during greens renovations.

2 applications per year.

Allow a minimum of 6 months between applications.

Top dress application using R8A spreader.

Even distribution of the granules is essential for effective control.

Golf course must be closed during product application.

Irrigate heavily with approximately 25mm of water.

DO NOT cut green for 3 days after application.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
DO NOT feed clippings to livestock or poultry.
