This permit is issued to the Permit Holder under Section 112 of the
Agricultural and Veterinary
Chemicals Code, scheduled to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals
Code Act 1994 (the
Agvet Code) of the jurisdictions set out below.
This permit allows a person, as stipulated
below, to use the Product in the manner specified in this permit in
the designated jurisdictions.
The permit also allows any person to claim that the Product can be
used in the manner specified
in this permit, the doing of which would otherwise constitute an
offence under section 84 of the

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
To be used on crustaceans including prawns, shrimps and crayfish,
their brood-stock and newly
hatched nauplii; freshwater and saltwater Finfish and their eggs
including those of Salmonids,
for the treatment of protozoan and metazoan ectoparasites; for the
control of fungal infections;
and for the elimination of viruses from broodstock.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:
Use strictly in accordance with the instructions in ATTACHMENT 1 of
the permit.
WITHHOLDING PERIODS:
Fish – Meat: DO NOT USE less than 100 degree days before slaughter
for human consumption.
