This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: SITUATION INSECT PEST APPLICATION RATE Queensland Fruit Fly (_Bactrocera tryoni_) Mix 1 part maldison to 8 parts cue lure and apply 5 mL of solution to the wick. Mediterranean Fruit Fly (_Ceratitis capitata_) Mix 1 part dichlorvos to 50 parts capilure and apply 5 mL of solution to wick. FRUIT FLY HOST SPECIES OR OTHER SUITABLE FOLIAGE Exotic Fruit Flies Mix 1 part maldison or dichlorvos with 8 parts methyl eugenol and apply 2 mL of solution to wick. CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: The trap must be clearly labelled as specified under _Additional Conditions_. Wicks consist of dental cotton. Charge wicks as specified above in a laboratory fume cupboard or well ventilated open area. Inspect traps every 7-14 days.
